Child/Family Leaving Checklist
💡When a family leaves the service or is about to leave there are a number of areas that need to be actioned/checked, please use the below areas as a basic guide, to add to your services own checklist.
1. Ceasing the CCS Enrolment
- Submit a cease of enrolment to CCS for the child
- Ensure the family are aware that they must attend on the last day of care to be entitled to CCS. (otherwise full fee will be charged)
- Refer to the ➜ Child Care Provider Handbook for relevant rules
2. Deactivate Profiles/Removing Access
- Conduct an exit survey/questionnaire
- Use ➜ Custom Forms to build/deploy
- Record in the ➜ Children Exit Report
- Deactivate a Child or place an End Date on the Child's profile
- Deactivate Parents or Guardians if they no longer have other children attending the service
- Advise family of Parent Portal so they can access data which was captured during their Childs Attendance
3. Closing The Family Account
- Balance and create a closing invoice for the family account
- Return Bond balance or Use Bond to make payment of outstanding fees
- Inactivate Family Account
