🔔 Staff receive an in-app notification when:

• The roster is published
• The roster is updated

📣 Staff receive a push notification when:

• They have not checked in by their roster start time

🔔📣 Staff receive an in-app and push notification when:

• The 'Send Notification to Staff of Shift Changes' button is clicked (only received by staff whose shifts have been changed since the last update)
