Roster Ratio Intervals
Overview
The Ratio Interval graph is a planning tool that allows users to check expected child attendance numbers at thirty-minute intervals and compare them with the rostered shifts against the ACECQA standards for educator to child ratios.
The Historical Attendance calculation uses average sign-in and out time for children booked to predict the estimated number of children you may expect at each interval.
* Hover over nodes or bars to get the exact figures.
** Click on the Staff bar to see exact shifts.
*** Actual figures on the day may vary.
Filters
Use the filters to:
- View ratio estimates for a specific date
- Select a specific Room
- Change between Historical Attendance Data or Session of Care
- Toggle staff excluded from ratio calculations
Time Interval Summary
The Time Interval Summary highlights specific times when you may not have enough or too many staff for the ratios. This gives you opportunities to optimise and potentially save on staff costs.
Show ECT
This setting can be used to check your ECT-qualified staff coverage across the day. Make sure you have qualifications set up in the staff profiles.
