💻 Reports > Visitors Register

Regular Visitors

Add a list of regular visitors so that when signing in, they can select their name from a dropdown rather than entering them every time.

  • You can view, edit, and delete regular visitor details underneath.

Current Visitors

This section will show a list of visitors currently signed in to your service. These visitors will also appear in any emergency evacuation checklists.

  • You can delete records if they were entered incorrectly
  • You can manually Log out the visitor if they forgot to sign out before leaving

Previous Visitors

This section stores all previous visitors, with filters you can use to find visitors on a specific day or date range, as well as filtering by name or company.

  • You can edit/adjust all details in this report as required (except for the signatures)
  • You can download a list of Past Visitors as an Excel spreadsheet (which contains edited and original times)
