Evacuation/Headcount (Practice & Real)

⚠️ A mobile device (phone/tablet) with the App and Internet/Mobile coverage is required!

This feature can be used to submit headcounts throughout the day - or, in the event of an Evacuation, quickly identify which children, staff, and Visitors were within the Centre, and then account for everyone.

By default, the list will display all Children, Staff and Visitors who are signed in at the time. However, you can change the Who is Included dropdown to 'All Attending Today' to list all children who are booked, even if they are not currently signed in.

📱 Actions Menu > Evacuation & Head Count

1. Select the type of Report you want to complete 
• (Default is Head Count)
2. Press the List button to check off Children, Staff, and Visitors
3. Enter any details about the check (optional)
4. Draw your signature
5. Sign off the check

Head Counts
These are just for counting children on lists periodically throughout the day.

Practice (Drills)
These can be used to record a practice drill and include lists for Staff and Visitors. They also require additional questions to be answered (some of these can be answered later by editing the record in the admin portal).

💡 Only Admin users can access submissions!

💻 Health & Safety > Evacuation/Head Count

• Click Edit to update and make changes to the record
• Click View to get a print/export-friendly format of the record

Lists children who have participated in the Last 5 checks carried out. Use the Filter to adjust the Type of event. You can toggle to include HeadCount as well.
