  • The Relief Register is located under Compliance

Overview

The relief register allows services to record details for when an educator is absent from the centre, and who covered their role/duties (Related to Regulations 126A & 272).

Recording Relief Coverage

  1. Select the name of the person who is absent (Staff Being Relieved)
  2. Select the name of the person who is relieving them (Relieved By)
  3. Select a date range, or pick one or more individual dates
  4. Select a reason
  5. Click Add Relief Date(s)

Viewing the Relief Register

đź’ˇThe report will look at the last 12 months from the date selected!

  1. Select the last date of the period you want to report on
  2. Select the qualification are reporting on
  3. Click Get Report
  • The number of Relief days is displayed in the top-right corner of the report.
