- The Relief Register is located under Compliance
Overview
The relief register allows services to record details for when an educator is absent from the centre, and who covered their role/duties (Related to Regulations 126A & 272).
Recording Relief Coverage
- Select the name of the person who is absent (Staff Being Relieved)
- Select the name of the person who is relieving them (Relieved By)
- Select a date range, or pick one or more individual dates
- Select a reason
- Click Add Relief Date(s)
Viewing the Relief Register
đź’ˇThe report will look at the last 12 months from the date selected!
- Select the last date of the period you want to report on
- Select the qualification are reporting on
- Click Get Report

- The number of Relief days is displayed in the top-right corner of the report.
