Reactivating a Ceased Enrolment to CCS
Children may return after being away for a period of time which therefore means that the Enrolment ID has Ceased (this will happen automatically after 14 weeks of non-attendance). If the enrolment status is Ceased, you will need to Reactive the enrolment to CCS.
💡 Sometimes the Enrolment ID needs to be replaced if it is not displayed in the Child's profile
Reactivate a Ceased Enrolment
- Go to the CCS tab in the child's profile
- Enter a new effective from date (must be after the ceased date of the previous enrolment, and not a future date)
- Enter a late reason (if effective from date is more than 7 days ago)
- Change the dropdown for 'Reactivating a CEASED Enrolment?' to 'Yes'
- Click 'Update Enrolment to CCS'

Confirm Update
- Click on the CCS Enrolment Status (quick link) in the child's profile to check the enrolment has gone into Pending Confirmation
- Use the troubleshooting guide if it has not changed to Pending Confirmation
- Ask the parent to confirm the enrolment in their MyGov account
