Recover/Retrieve an Enrolment ID

If you are getting an error when trying to create an enrolment saying an enrolment already exists, you may need to check for an existing (possible ceased) enrolment for that child/parent combination.

To do this:

  • Go to the child's profile
  • Click on the CCS Enrolment Status button in the Quick Links
  • Copy the enrolment ID (under the child's name) from the first record in the list
  • Paste it into the CCSS Enrolment ID field under the CCS tab in the child's profile
  • Click Update CCS Details for Child

Reactivating enrolment

If the enrolment status is Ceased:

  • Enter a new effective from date (must be after the ceased date and not in the from the current date future)
  • Enter a late reason (if effective from date is more than 7 days ago)
  • Change the dropdown for 'Reactivating a CEASED Enrolment?' to 'Yes'
  • Click Update Enrolment to CCS
