Profile Search

Overview

The profile search bar is located at the top of your main menu in the admin portal (Search children, parent...) and can be used to quickly locate any active or deactivated profiles or waitlist submissions in your services.

The following types of records can be found using the Profile Search:

How to Search

💡 If you are logged in as a HQ user, the search will return results across all of your linked services!

You can search using any of the following data points:

  • Name (partial or full)
  • Login Username
  • Account Name (Family)
  • Email Address
  • Phone Number

Steps:

  1. Enter your search criteria
  2. Press Enter or click the green button

Filters

One your search results load, you can also apply a filter to show only active or deactivated profiles. The system will show both in the initial results by default.
