How to Access The Portal

Admins, Staff, and parents can all log in via this page. If you are unsure what your login details are, please get in touch with your service admin or responsible person.
- Go to portal.owna.com.au - bookmark this link for easy access
- Enter your username
- Click Next
- Enter your Password
- Click Login

- Admin Users will also need to complete MFA Steps!
Troubleshooting
'Invalid' Error Message
This error means that your username OR password is incorrect.
I do not know my username...
- This is not always the same as your email address
- Check with your account admin to find out what your username is or check your inbox to see if you have received an email from OWNA
- You may have more than one username for different user types and centres
- Click here to Reset your Password
- You will need to enter a valid username (this may or may not be the same as your email address)
- Contact your service admin to ensure these are correct
Password Reset Errors
Account not found in our system...
- This means the username you are entering to reset your password.
- Contact your service admin to ensure these are correct
I did not receive a reset password email...
Your email address in OWNA may be incorrect or your mail provider is blocking emails from OWNA.
- Check your Spam/Junk Mail filter
- Contact your service admin to ensure your details are correct
- Your service admin may need to manually reset your password for you
Suspicious Activity / IP Address has been locked
If you enter your details incorrectly multiple times consecutively, the system will automatically block your IP address for 60 minutes. This is to prevent malicious behaviour and helps us protect your data.
- Please wait for 60-minutes before trying again (or you can try to log in from another location)
- Reset your password
- Contact your service admin to check that your details are correct
