Notifications Overview

About

Most notifications are sent automatically, usually as the result of user actions. Notifications come in three forms:

  • Alerts - these are a list of updates/actions that can be viewed in the app or web portal
  • Push Notifications - a temporary message that appears on your mobile device lock screen
  • Emails - automated updates sent to a nominated email address

Configuring Notifications

Settings

💻 Configure > Settings

  • You can stop certain functions from sending an email or notification from App Configuration. Tick or untick the settings and click Update Configuration to save your choices.

Email Addresses

💡 Multiple email addresses can be added in the same line separated by a comma and a space (e.g. [email protected], [email protected])

💻  Configure > Service Info

  • Add one or more email addresses into the Email field to receive all correspondence, checklists, immunisation updates, casual bookings, etc., relating to the operation of the Centre/Service
  • Go to the Workflow Emails tab to configure individual emails to receive notifications regarding incidents, medication, hazards, leads, CCS, and rostering

Staff Profiles

💻 Staff > Manage Staff

  • By default, all general notifications are sent to all active staff. But you can also turn off specific notification types from being sent to certain staff by going to the Notifications tab in their staff profile, tick the notifications you want to disable, then click Update Notifications.
