Errors Submitting Sessions to CCS

• The Start Time/End Time of the attendance must not overlap with other Sessions on the same day. Check the session times of the child and ensure that they do not overlap. This can occur when you may have before and after-school care if the session time has been selected incorrectly.
• Check the Session of Care in the child's attendances to ensure there are no overlaps.

• The session date you are trying to submit appears to be outside of the Child's Enrolment Start and End date (e.g. one or more of the sessions land before the 'Effective From'/Start Date OR after the ceased date for the current enrolment).
• Either the date of one of the attendances or the 'effective from' date of the enrolment needs to be updated.
• If the session you are trying to submit is after the ceased date, you will need to reactivate the ceased enrolment again to submit it.

• If the child attends an OSHC program, they cannot have Kindergarten/Preschool Programticked in the CCS tab in their profile
