Troubleshooting CCS Errors
Enrolment submission unsuccessful:
Child CRN and DOB do not exist
- This error means the details you are submitting for the child do not match Centrelink records!
- Check that the child's DOB and CRN are correct in their profile (and enrolment form)
Primary Carer CRN and DOB do not match
- This error means the details you are submitting for the Primary Parent/Carer does not match Centrelink records
- Ensure the details are correct in the parent profile, then click Update Family in the Relationships/Permissions tab
Individual CRN/DOB cannot be changed for previous notice
- The primary carer in OWNA is not the same as the one used to create this enrolment
- Use this guide if you need to change the primary carer
Withdraw Session Reports impacted by Arrangement Start/End Date Change
- The child has sessions already submitted for this enrolment that are before the Effective From (enrolment start) date or after the Ceased date
Duplicate Session Content / Overlapping Sessions Not Permitted
- Sessions in the child's booking pattern (for the same day) cannot overlap
- Double check the child's CURRENT booking pattern and fix any conflicts (start the new pattern using today's date)
Difference between End time and Start time on next day cannot be <12Hr
- Ensure the Session of Care times are correct and must be greater than 12 hours after the session end time on the previous day
Duplicate Enrolment - Enrolment ID: E*********
- This child and carer combination already have an Enrolment Id with your service
- You may need to recover and reactivate the existing Enrolment Id
Value 'EXAMPLE' violates facet information 'maxlength=10'
- The child or parent CRN is not provided in the correct format or does not have the right number of characters (10)
- Ensure you remove any spaces or dashes from the child and parent CRN fields (in their profile and the enrolment form)
Cannot change Arrangement to overlap with another Enrol Period
- The current enrolment dates you are submitting cannot overlap with a previous enrolment period
- To correct dates for an enrolment ceased mid-week, reactivate the new enrolment period for the next day first, then backdate the Effective From date to the same as the ceased date
Enrolment Notice must differ to previous Enrolment Notice for '200D'
- The information you are trying to update is the same as the existing record in CCS
Please enter Mandatory Field: standard Amount
- The child's regular booking pattern does not contain a fee
Please enter Mandatory Field: ARRANGEMENT END DATE
- When entering a PEA arrangement type for ACCS a ceasing date is required up to 13 weeks after the start/effective from date (Child Wellbeing)
Arrangement Start Date cannot be greater than Enrolment Submit Date
- The effective from date entered needs to either be the current date or a previous date
ArrangementType value must match existing value for current Enrolment
- The arrangement type needs to match what is attached to your entered Enrolment ID
- You can find this information on the CCS Enrolment Status page
- If you want to create a new enrolment with a new arrangement type, remove the enrolment ID entered and try again
