Updating Sessions To CCS & Withdrawing Sessions

Updating Sessions

💡If sessions for a particular child in a week that has already been submitted have changed in OWNA, you will need to update these changes to CCS.

💻CCSS > Sessions Report

  1. In the section titled Submit Sessions Report, select the Monday of the week you want to update from the date picker
  2. Select the child
  3. Enter a late reason if more than 2 weeks ago (e.g. Admin Error)
  4. Click the orange button that says Update Session Report

Withdraw Sessions

⚠️ ONLY DO THIS IF YOU WANT TO COMPLETELY REMOVE CCS SESSIONS & PAYMENTS FOR THE ENTIRE WEEK!

  1. In the section titled View Submitted Sessions Report, enter the dates for the week you want to withdraw
  2. Select All Children or change to a specific child
  3. Click Get Sessions Report
  4. Each week of sessions will have a Withdraw button you can click - when you re-run the report the week should change to red
  • If it doesn't allow you to withdraw the sessions, enter a withdraw reason at the bottom of the report (e.g. Admin Error) then try withdrawing again.
