Category/Access Type

  • Centre Admin (Full Access - except for CCS and Financials)
  • Staff (Access to certain areas only)
  • Kitchen Staff (Same as Staff but has access to modify menu)
  • Agency Staff (Access to certain areas only)
  • Maintenance (Can only access Checklists/Hazard Maintenance Log via the APP)

Additional Access & Permissions

⚠️ Can only be granted by a Super Admin

Additional permissions can be applied to Admin staff via the Access & Permissions tab in their profile so they can manage sensitive financial information:
  • CCS Access
  • Can Manage Fees Matrix
  • Can Manage Transaction Fee Items
  • Can See Financials on Roster/Attendances, etc
  • Can See Other Staff's Hourly Rate
  • Can Approve Post (for when you have configured post settings that only admins can post)

Super Admin

A Super Admin is someone who can provide additional access and permissions to other admins. This is usually reserved for the APO or upper management of a larger organisation. Super Admins have a star icon under their access type in the Manage Staff list.

  • Super Admin can only be given or removed by the support team 
  • Written authority from the appropriate person (e.g. APO is required)
  • Super Admin users have unrestricted access in OWNA

APO (Approved Provider/Operator)

APO is a configuration that locks the profile for service owners (and other Super Admin users) to prevent other admins from being able to view or update their credentials and personal information.
