Overview

The staff details report allows you to generate a quick summary of staff details, qualifications, and important certificates. Admins can customise which qualifications & certificates are included in this report.

Staff Details

Use the table below to find where to update each value in the Staff Details report by editing the corresponding field in each staff profile:

Adding Qualifications & Certificates

💡 Qualifications & Certificates will only display the completion note & expiry date for tagged Training/Courses/Programs!

Setup

  1. Ensure you have configured Courses/Training/Programs to track in Qualifications & Certificates 
  2. Click on the Gear/Cog icon in the top right corner of the Staff Details Report
  3. Click the plus (+) button
  4. Enter the Column Name (E.g. First Aid)
  5. Select the Course/Training/Programs tag
  6. Click Apply

 Manage Columns

  1. Click on the Gear/Cog icon in the top right corner of the Staff Details Report
  2. Click the plus (+) button to add new columns
  3. Click on the blue icon and drag it up or down to change the order of the columns
  4. Click on the red icon to remove a column
