Re-Enrolments Form

Re-Enrolments are for existing children already enrolled in the Centre to update their days and/or finish date for the following year.

Settings
- Use the On/Off toggle at the top of the screen to open/close Re-enrolments
Create Re-Enrolment Description
- Enter a custom message/instructions that parents will see when completing the re-enrolment form
Do NOT allow Re-Enrolment for January for Primary School bound children
- When this option is selected, the Care Required option for 'My child will return in January until starting school' will be removed from the form

- Enter a custom message to be included in the email to each parent confirming their re-enrolment (or finish date) selection
- This message can still be customised individually for each child when finalising their enrolment
- Add up to 5 checkbox (yes/no) questions for families to complete when submitting their re-enrolment form (e.g. I am flexible with days)
Reviewing Re-Enrolment Submissions
š” If a parent doesn't use the app, you can manually add a re-enrolment using the ā icon in the top right corner
When a parent submits a re-enrolment form, you will receive a notification sent to the centre's email address. You can view all submissions in theĀ Re-Enrolments Submitted table. This stage allows you to check that all the requested days fit with your centre/room capacity and plan where your enrolments are placed.
You can use the Re-enrolment Chart (filtered to the room) to check how many bookings/requests you have received for each day compared to the Max Capacity (configured under Manage Rooms).

ā ļøĀ Select the child name from the dropdown to show the current room/days booked for that child
- Edit the Submission
- Select the child's name from the dropdown (this matches their details against their profile and displays the correct days currently attending)
- Choose a Room the child will be enrolling in for each session
- Select the Fee/Session and Days
- Enter a start date for the new booking pattern
- Update Re-enrolment

Confirming Re-Enrolments
š” This will update the child's Permanent Days in their profile from the Start Date entered (and/or enter a Finish Date if applicable)
Once you are ready to lock the days in for each child, you can confirm the enrolment and notify the parents. This will turn the submission green and add them to the confirmed column in the Re-Enrolment Chart. Once completed, the number of booked and confirmed will match on the chart.
- Edit the submission again
- Scroll to the bottom of the page
- Enter a custom message for confirming the enrolment changes (optional)
- Check the box to 'send confirmation email to the parent' (optional)
- Click Confirm Re-EnrolmentĀ
