Sessions of Care
Overview
💻 Configure > Service Info > Session Times (Tab)
💡 A Session of Care can be of any length up to (but not exceeding) 12 hours!
💡 Please ensure you enter the times in 24-hour format (or select the time from the time selector popup)
A Session of Care is mandatory in all fee rates, attendances, and booking patterns for children within OWNA, even if you don't submit attendances to CCS.
You can set up sessions of care by going to Configure > Service Info (under the Centre's Session Times heading).

Once you have set up one or more Sessions of Care, these can be selected when setting up room fees.
