How to submit Re-enrolments from the Parents App

💡 This feature is only available once it has been enabled by the service!

📱 Main Menu > Centre: Re-Enrolments for [YEAR]

  1. Log in as a parent (with Full Access permission) and select the Main Menu (in the top left-hand corner)
  2. Open the Centre tab and select Re-Enrolments for [YEAR]
  3. Select your child's Name and enter their DOB
  4. Select type of care Required:
    • "I require care for [YEAR]"
    • "My child will return in January [YEAR] for care until the start date of Primary School [YEAR]" - enter child's last day
    • "I do not require care for [YEAR]" - enter a reason in the text field and child's last day
  5. Days Required - tick the days and hours to suit your requirements
