Curriculum Programming Overview
Introduction
Planning a program for children is a process in which educators create experiences and activities aimed at developing or extending each child’s thinking, skills, interests and abilities. While all services are required to plan for children, the way this is done will look different in each service. The program should be a plan that is based on documented records of observations and interactions with children and/or based on children’s needs, interests and abilities.
Overview
- A new program can be added via the web portal by Admins and Staff
- Once the program has been published, educators can use the app to edit and update the program and experiences
- Parents can view the educational program via the app and Public Mode kiosk - They will see all experiences their child is tagged in or any untagged experiences

Deleting/Restoring Programs
⚠️ Deleted programs can only be restored up to 30 days after deletion!
DELETE
💻 Curriculum > Manage Programs
- Click the red X next to the program
- Confirm you want to delete the program
RESTORE
- Change the program status dropdown to Deleted
- Click Restore
