Add a New Program
Overview
💡 You must be logged into the web portal to create a new program!
Educators with any permission level can create a new program from the web portal. However, only Admins and Educational Leaders can manage categories, interests, and templates!
An educational programme is a set or sequence of activities designed to achieve pre-determined learning objectives or accomplish a specific set of educational tasks.
How to add a new Program
💻 Curriculum > Manage Programs
Select the ➕ in the top right corner
- Select the Program Type
- Standard Weekly
- Standard Block
- Upload PDF
- Custom Programming Template
- Enter the required fields (marked with an asterisk*)
- Select the Categories/Interests
- Click Save as Draft or Add Program

Program Posts
The system will automatically add posts in the morning so parents can see what activities are scheduled for the day:
- A Standard Weekly Program will be posted every weekday after it has been published.
- A Standard Block Program will only be published on the first Monday after publication.
