How To View Enrolment Forms

Once a child is created by (or manually linked to) an enrolment form in OWNA, Admin users can view the form from the child's profile in the portal and app.

From the Admin (web) Portal:

💻 Child's Profile:

• Click on the Enrolment Form button from the Child's Details tab

💻 CRM > Enrolments

1. Change the Current Status filter to Completed
2. Use the name filter to search
3. Click Get Enrolments

From the App:

📱 Children/Ratios Menu (three bars icon in the top right corner)

1. Select (or search for) a child
2. Open the Child menu (3 dots in the top right corner)
3. Select View Enrolment Form

💡Allow Staff to view enrolment forms in the app!

You can allow staff to view enrolment forms (including emergency contact permissions) via the app. 

To configure this:

1. Go to Configure > Settings (General tab)
2. Tick Staff Can View Enrolment Forms
3. Click Update Configuration
