Marking Medication Records as Completed

💻 Health & Safety > Medication Reports

The final step of a medication record can only be completed in the admin portal by a Centre Admin user. Once the medication has been administered and signed by the educator using the app, you can mark it as Completed

Check and Complete The Medication Record

  1. Review the information in the record is correct (Click View Report)
    • Check that the medication has been administered and signed correctly
    • Ensure the medication has been checked and that it is still in its original container
    • Enter any additional staff notes and upload/attach images or files (optional)
  2. Update and go back to the Medication Reports List
  3. Click Mark Completed
