Troubleshooting Children Attendances
Overview
In this guide:
- Child not appearing on the Roll / Attendance List
- Attendances not showing correctly in Family Transactions/Invoices
- Bulk changing the fee for all Children for one day
- Revert child marked Not Attending so they can be signed in

Child not appearing on the Roll / Attendance List
- Search for the child's profile
- Click on the Attendances quick link
- Change the filter to Deleted Attendances and click Get Report
- Click Delete Entry for days you want to be regenerated in the roll (future dates only)
- Go to Weekly Attendances and run the report for the week you want to regenerate

Attendances not showing correctly in Family Transactions/Invoices
- This should update automatically. However, in some instances, you may need to rebatch the Family Transactions (to before the incorrect week), then incrementally batch back to the end of the latest invoice date.
- If the invoice with the incorrect attendances is in 'Open' status, you can click the refresh icon to regenerate it.
Bulk changing the fee for all Children for one day
💻 Attendances > Daily Attendances
(or click Sign Children In/Out from the dashboard)
- Select the Date you want to adjust and click Get Report
- Click on the top checkbox (right side of the screen) to select all children (you can also select/unselect children individually)
- Scroll to the very bottom of the screen and click + Action
- Select Bulk Update Fee
- Choose the room and fee/session to apply for all the selected children
- Click Bulk Update Fee

Revert child marked Not Attending so they can be signed in
💻 Attendances > Daily Attendances
(or click Sign Children In/Out from the dashboard)
- Click the Edit button next to the child's name
- Click Revert all Changes

In the Portal
💻 Attendances > Daily Attendances
- Click on the Edit icon next to the child's name. Here you can enter the Time, Reason etc.
- Click Update Attendance.
* a time reverted icon will indicate that this booking has been adjusted from the regular booking pattern
