Finding Deleted Attendances

If an attendance has been deleted, you can still find it by going to the Child's Attendances (Quick Link in their profile) and changing the filter to deleted.

The deleted attendance records are also subjected to the date range in the filters, so make sure the attendances you are looking for fall within this range.

When attendances are deleted in OWNA, they are stored here so the system doesn't automatically generate a new session based on the child's regular booking pattern.

If you want the system to generate the attendances gain, you can Delete the entry from this screen and run the Weekly Attendances report to regenerate the sessions (only applicable for future dates).
