School Transitioning Report

Due to multiple states now using their own portal for submitting Transition to School reports, this feature is no longer supported in OWNA.

Learn more about the requirements and process for each state:

💻 Configure > Settings

☑️ Turn on School Transitioning Report (Legacy)

💻 Children > School Transitioning Report

1. Click the + button in the top right corner
2. Select the child
3. Fill out the form fields
4. Click Save as Draft or Add Transitioning Report

1. Click the View/Print Report button
2. Click the print icon in the top right corner
3. Select your Printer and adjust your print options
4. Click Print

💻 My Children > School Transitioning Report

Parents can log into the parent portal to view this report.
