Fees Matrix - Room Fees Report

The Room Fees Report (part of the Fees Matrix) allows you to report on each fee used over a period of time.

• Fee - Select a specific fee item to filter the report (or see all by default)
• Child - Select a specific child to see all fee attendances/sessions (or see all by default)
• Date From - first day of rage
• Date To - last day of range

This section provides a list of all fees, how many times used in the date range, the full amount of fees and the discount amount.

Note: Discount amount refers to the amount charged, not the amount discounted.

This is a breakdown of the Fees Matrix Summary, providing a complete report of each session/attendance using the fee items. This section includes the Room, Fee name, Child, Date and fee details. You can also find the totals underneath the report (how many records, total value, and total discount value).
