Room Discounts

Overview

This feature allows you to bulk apply discounts to attendances for an entire room. The specified amount will automatically be deducted from the default Fees Matrix amount in the attendance screens.

Discounted rates will be indicated with an asterisk.

Permissions

  • Users require Admin + Can Manage Fees Matrix to set and delete Room Discounts

Applying Discounts

  1. Go to 💻 Configure > Rooms
  2. Go to the Room Discount tab
  3. Select a date range or specific dates from the calendar
  4. Select the Discount Type (percentage or $ amount)
  5. Enter the amount to be deducted from the fee
  6. Select the attendance types you want it applied to
  7. Enter a reason for the discount
  8. Click Update Discounts

Deleting Discounts

  1. Go to 💻 Configure > Rooms
  2. Go to the Room Discount tab
  3. Click the Delete button next to the discount you want to remove (Attendances will automatically revert to the default Fee Matrix rate)
