Managed SMS is an optional extra that services can sign up for, providing you with your own dedicated Virtual SMS Number to send and receive text messages within OWNA.
Pricing
Subscription Options
- SMS/MMS virtual Number lease: $25 per phone number/month
- Callable Virtual Number lease: $149 per phone number/month
Usage Costs
In addition to the subscription, the following usage charges apply:

How do I register?
- Go to Manage SMS under the CRM menu in the Admin Portal and click Register, then select your plan and enter your details.
Can I use the same number for multiple locations?
- Yes, you can chose this option when setting up your first location. If you already have a number and want to use it at other locations, please submit a request via the helpdesk.
