Manage Centre Tags
Overview
💻 Configure > Manage Tags
Centre tags allow you to set up your own filters to use in OWNA. These can be applied to four different types of records using different text and background colour combinations.
Types of Tags
- Children Tags
- Families Tags
- Waitlist Tags
- Children Exit Tags
- Library Category
Create/Manage Tags
At the top of the page:
- Enter your Tag Name
- Select the Tag Type
- Select the Text and Background Colours - Click 'choose' to apply the selected colour
- Click Create Tag
- Click the plus in the top right corner to clear the selection for a new tag
- Click on any tag to edit or delete it from the system
Waitlist Tag Weight
💡 1 = lowest weight / 10 = highest weight
- Enter your Tag Name
- Select the Tag Type: Waitlist Tag
- Select Weight (1-10)
- Click Create Tag
Use the sort toggles in the Waitlist table to sort by tag weight:
