Immunisation Records

The Immunisation Matrix allows for a streamlined way of viewing which Children within your service are/aren't immunised. This process of marking children off can be done manually by checking off the various immunisations OR Automatically by parents uploading their child's Immunisation from the Parent App. Educators can also upload the document via the Administration Portal.

💻 Health & Safety > Immunisation Records

1. Use the Filters at the top of the screen so search for specific data and Click Get Report
2. Children are listed down the left-hand side and there will either:
• ❌ Red cross - overdue Immunisation as the child is older than this age.
• ✅ Green tick - has been marked as immunised
• ➕ Grey plus - you are able to mark as immunised

• Double Click on each red cross beside the child's name

1. Click on Mark All beside the child's name
2. Click on Get Report to refresh the page

Immunisations upload from Parent App Will tick Immunisation matrix that corresponds with the Doc. type chosen on upload

Immunisations upload from Admin Portal Will tick Immunisation Matrix that corresponds with the Doc. type chosen on upload

Immunisations upload on Enrolment Form does not automatically tick Immunisation Matrix  

1. Click on Get Report to refresh the page (checks for correct status)
2. Click on each box you want to uncheck (this will make the tick disappear)
3. Click Get Report again to update status
