Fat Zebra Merchant Registration

Set up a Merchant Account

💡The merchant facility can take up to 14 days to complete setup, as all information must be verified. Inaccurate and inconsistent information can add to delays in the setup process.

Steps

  1. Click on the link
  2. Answer all questions in the form and submit them to FZ
  3. Keep an eye out for any emails requesting further information or documents
  4. Once your application has been approved, the merchant will let us know so we can connect your account to OWNA (can take approx. 48 hours)

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT FAT ZEBRA

Transaction Fees (effective January 2024):


  • Credit Card (Visa/Mastercard): 1.75%

  • AMEX: 2.65%

  • Direct Debit: $0.75 per transaction

Settlement Timeframes:

  • Payments take 2 business days to clear and be deposited into your bank account.

  • For example, if a payment is debited on Monday, funds will typically be received on Wednesday night or Thursday morning.
