Family Feedback/Complaints

Overview

Family's at time may provide feedback and/or complaints to the Centre. It is a requirement that this type of information is recorded and retained.

Record Feedback/Complaint

💻 Reports > Family Feedback

  1. Click on the plus ➕ button in the top right corner
  2. Fill in the relevant information
  3. Click Add to Log

Update Feedback/Complaint Log

💻 Reports > Family Feedback

  • The log will display feedback and complaints that have been recorded prior.
  • Click on the blue Edit icon to edit the complaint and enter Action Taken in the Service's Comments section. You can also adjust the status of the record.
