Email Attendances

Overview

Send an email to primary carers based on attendance: Emails are sent individually to each parent profile linked to the selected child/attendance, so parents cannot see each other's email addresses.

Steps

  1. Go to 💻 Attendances > Daily Attendances
  2. Select one or more attendances using the checkboxes on the right
  3. Click Action
  4. Select Email
  5. Enter your subject and message
  6. Click Send

Special Fields

You can use placeholder tags to personalise your bulk emails. The system will automatically replace the following tag with each user's details when sending.
  • {{parent_first_name}}
  • {{parent_surname}}
  • {{parent_full_name}}
  • {{parent_email}}

Message Templates

  1. Go to 💻 Configure > Message Templates
  2. Click the + button to add a new template
  3. Enter the Template Name
  4. Enter the template Body text
  5. Click Add Email Template
