CCS Entitlements

Overview

šŸ’” OWNA Automatically refreshes Entitlements every 12 hours!

The Entitlements report pulls information directly from CCS, and it is how OWNA receives information on children's percentage, hours, YTD absences, withholding %, and other details.Ā 

  • This information is used to forecast CCS estimates when billing families in advance.
  • Running the CCS Entitlements report manually for all children will refresh information the data and allows you to estimate CCS in Family Transactions/Invoices.

Latest Entitlement Changes

šŸ’”Use browser search (ctrl + F) to find a specific child in this report!

This report will load by default (before clicking any buttons) and will show all recent entitlement changes that have been pushed through from CCS.

Where entitlements have changed, it will flag the changes inĀ green (increased) or red (dropped) with an up or down arrow next to the value. The report will show the old entitlements in the (prev) columns and the new values in the (new) columns.

Refresh/Load Entitlements

  1. Click on Get Entitlements (without changing any of the filters)

This page will replace the recent changes report with the current Entitlements as of the date selected.

šŸ’”You can filter this report by an individual child or use the quick link in the child's profile!

  • CCS Percentage - Determined by family income bracket
  • CCS Toal Hours Per Fortnight -Ā Determined by family activity level
  • Apportioned Hours Per Fortnight - families can assign hours that a service can claim when the child attends multiple services
  • ACCS Hourly Rate Cap Increase Percentage -Ā up to 120% of the hourly rate cap where the fee charged is above the hourly rate cap (child wellbeing)
  • Annual Cap Reached - removed from July 2022
  • Absence Count -Ā total absences recorded in the current financial year
  • Paid Absences -Ā total absences where CCS was paid in the current financial year
  • Unpaid Absences -Ā total absences where CCS was not paid in the current financial year
  • Absences Available -Ā remaining absences (counts down from 42)
