Family Transaction Statements
Overview
The Family Transaction Statement is a running ledger of all charges and payments for that family. Statements can be "balanced" to a specific date (usually in the future) which will project attendances and estimated credits up to that date so you can see what a family will owe as of that date.
Statements are also available to parents who are linked to the Family Account in both the app and web portal so that they can see what they have been charged for and what is currently owed.

Keys
* (using past CCS History as Estimates)Â
The past CCS payment history will be used if there are no changes to children's CCS entitlements/payments.
^ (using Entitlements as Estimates)Â
There is an entitlement change to any child on the account within the last month period. The family transaction will reflect using entitlements, you can generate an invoice based on entitlements also (manually) **Keep in mind that the invoice will always adjust pending on the actual CCSS > Payments that come through to the service.
