Session Subsidy Report
Overview
The Session Subsidy contains data generated by the CCS Department, it indicates what payments are to be made for Children's attendances, any retractions of payments and it can also indicate if the CCS Payment was made to the Parent as opposed to the Service. This information can be useful when investigating a CCS Payment.

Reasons CCS Has Not Been Received
- Customer's CCS Subsidy % is 0 - family needs to contact Centrelink
- Recipient: INDIVI - the payment has been made directly to the family
- No Entitlement Exists - family needs to contact Centrelink
- Enrolment Pending Eligibility (Claim) - family CCS application hasn't been approved yet
- Activity Test Results Exhausted - submitted hours have gone over subsidised hours for the family
