Staff Policies/Procedures

Staff Policies/Procedures is the best place to store centre policies and documents that you only want to be visible to staff. These can only be uploaded by Admin users. Centre Documents can also have up to five quiz questions (Yes/no) applied to them to ensure that staff understand the document.

💻 Staff > Staff Policies/Procedures

1. Enter a Title
2. Folder Name (optional)
3. Notes/Comments (optional)
4. Expiry Date (if any)
5. Private to Only These Staff? (only tagged staff will be able to view it after it's added - make sure you tag yourself so you don't lose access)
6. Order (optional)
7. Upload/Attach an image or PDF document
8. Enter up to 5 Yes/No Quiz Questions (optional)
9. Click Add Document

Questions will help enforce the user's understanding of the document and that they haven't acknowledged it without reading and understanding the content first. You can add up to 5 questions per policy/document. Answers will be included in their sign-off record which can be reviewed by admin users.

E.g. 

• "Are you allowed to leave your child in the car when dropping off/picking up your child?"
• "Have you read and understood this policy?"

1. Use the filters and/or search to find the policy/document (underneath the new document form)
2. Click View Feedback/Acknowledgement to the right of the document
3. The document details will display at the top of the screen with the feedback/acknowledgements underneath

📱 Actions > Staff Documents

1. Select the Policy/Document to read the content
2. Press the Tick in the top right corner to acknowledge
3. Answer any quiz questions (Android: toggle left = no, toggle right = Yes)
4. Press the submit icon (top right corner)

💡Staff can also view and acknowledge Centre Policies & Resources (Found under 📱 Settings > Documents & Policies)
