Utilisation Report

The Utilisation Report is a tool for displaying the service's past, current, and future usage.

💻 Attendances > Utilisation Report

• Select the Category to run the report - this will allow you to drill down to the period you require

💡If you are running the report for longer periods of time, which can be data intensive, you can opt to download the report instead. 

The percentages calculate dependant on if absences are included/not inclded and the calculation would be as follows as an example

Attendance % = Attendances (125) - minus (14) absences = 111 / Total Capacity (150) = 0.74 x 100 = 74% 

Occupancy % = Attendances (125) / Total Capacity (150) = 0.833333 x 100 = 83.33% 

• (Only available when Include Absences is ticked)

If you're running the Utilisation report for future dates, you first need to generate the attendances by running the Weekly Attendances report for each week in the period you wish to include.
