Submitting Custom Forms
Overview
Custom forms are digital forms built by service admins that can be made available to staff or parents to complete in the App.
Staff Forms
š± Actions Menu > Forms
- Select the form you want to complete
- Answer all of the questions (some may be mandatory)
- PressĀ Submit
Parent/Carer Forms
š± Centre/Family Menu > Forms
- Select the form you want to complete
- Answer all of the questions (some may be mandatory)
- PressĀ Submit
š”Parents need to have Full Access or App Access permission for children linked to the form to submit the form!
