Staff Reflections

Staff Reflections allow all Staff to reflect, both on a Personal level and as part of a Team. Reflection allows Educators to stop and think about everyday situations, issues and concerns that arose, and reflect not only about what happened but why. These reflections then can be used to create better practices within the childcare setting.

💡  An email alert is sent to the center email when new reflections are posted!

💻 Staff > Reflections

1. Click on the plus button in the top right corner
2. Enter Reflection details
3. Click Add Reflection

📱Actions > Staff Reflections

1. Click on the plus button + in the top right corner 
2. Enter Reflection details
3. Press the arrow in the top right corner to save

• Title - if left blank, it will auto-fill "Full Name 00-00-0000 Reflection"
• Reflection Date
• Reflection Type - Personal or Team
• Select Team Members - this will affect who can see the reflection
• Framework Tags (optional)
• Reflection
• Additional Notes/Comments (optional)
• File Upload (optional)
• Is Draft (keeps it private until posted)

Admin - can see all reflections

Staff - can view their own reflections and team reflections they have been tagged in

💡 Staff will be alerted that feedback has been provided

💻 Staff > Reflections

1. Click on the Provide Manager’s Feedback
2. Enter Feedback
3. Click Add Manager's Feedback
