Staff Meeting/Minutes
Overview
Staff Meetings/Minutes allows you to generate your Agenda, have staff add their own Agenda Items, Collect your Attending/Apologies and Record your Minutes. All Meetings that are created (by Admin only) will automatically generate an entry in the Staff Calendar.
Before Meeting - follow steps below
1. Create Agenda: (Admin Only)
💻 Staff > Staff Meeting/Minutes
- Enter a Meeting Title
- Enter a Meeting Date & Time
- Add Important Notes for Staff
- Begin entering Agenda - these would be key topics that will be raised in the meeting
- Click on Add Meeting

2. a) Collect Attendees/Apologies: (either App or Portal)
💻 Staff > Staff Meeting/Minutes
📱 Actions (clipboard icon) > Staff Meetings & Minutes
- Staff can click Attending or Apologies

2. b) Add to Agenda:
Staff can click on Add to Agenda to add any items they wish to raise.

Meeting Occurs - follow steps below
💻 Staff > Staff Meeting/Minutes
📱 Actions (clipboard icon) > Staff Meetings & Minutes
- Edit Meeting
- Enter in Minutes from Meeting into Minutes Text Box - You can Complete this during your meeting!
- Select Next Meeting date (if any)
