Replication

💡 Replication is a HQ function only!

The Replication section allows users to copy records between services, so you only need to add them in one place.

The following records can be replicated:

  • Staff Documents
  • Centre (Useful) Documents
  • Checklists
  • Events
  • Meal Menus
  • Risk Assessments
  • Enrolment Forms (copy or move)
  • Waitlists (copy or move)
  • Centre Tags
  • Custom Forms
  • Transaction Categories

Permissions

HQ Full Admin or HQ Admin with 'Can Replicate Documents' ticked.

Steps

  1. Select the record type you want to replicate from the menu
  2. Select the Centre you want to replicate from
  3. Select the Centre(s) to
  4. Select the records you want to replicate
  5. Click the Replicate button

💡 Hold Ctrl or Command to select multiple records or Shift to select a range

Template Sharing

💡 Shared templates can only be managed from the centre they were created in

Templates can be shared across all of the centres in your group by selecting the 'Share with Group' checkbox in the template setup.

The following templates can be shared:

  • Learning Documents
  • Programs
  • Experiences
  • Checklists
