Assessment & Rating (A&R) Results

The A&R report allows you to track the latest/current rating of each service (overall and per quality area), the date they were last assessed, and the next assessment date (if known).

The trend table at the top of the report will display the average rating for each quality area across all services, as well as the percentage of services in each rating category.

1. Click on a service name to go to the A&R tracking tab in the service details.
2. Use the dropdowns to select the latest ratings for each QA
3. Enter the last assessment date
4. Enter the nest assessment date (if known) or estimated date
5. Click Update Assessment Data
