QLD Census Report
Overview
OWNA has a Census reporting function that will help Services provide the required data. This guide aims to assist with tagging and completing children's and parents' profiles to ensure accurate and complete data is extracted in the reports.
Getting Census Data
- Go to 💻 Reports > Reports Dashboard > QLD Census Report
- Select the dates for the reporting period
- Tick 'Attending Only'
- Click View Children
Report Fields
Most columns in the report are populated from specific fields in the child's profile. However, these can also be set and updated in bulk by applying custom child tags with specific wording.

Ensure you run the report and export to Excel. The Excel file will display the data in the required format for uploading into the census system.
Enroled Age At End of Reporting Period
The second report gives you the totals per age group as at the end date of the reporting period:
- Total Children
- Aboriginal or TSI
- Disanosed or Suspected Disability
- NESB (Non English Speaking Background)
