Linking Excursions and Forms to Casual Bookings

Linking forms to Casual Bookings lets you provide details to families about activities/excursions occurring on the day they are booking and makes it easier to collect permission forms. Once a form is linked to a casual booking day, the parents must fill it in before it can be booked successfully.

You can link two types of forms to a casual booking; 

1. Excursion Forms allow you to gather permission notes and complete a risk assessment. 
2. Custom Forms allow you to gather all other information using custom question fields.

Casual spots can be added manually or configured so the system adds spots automatically.

💻 Attendances > Casual Bookings

1. Use the filters to find the day you want to link
2. Click Get Report
3. Click Edit on the orange 'Day' menu
4. Select the form(s) to link
5. Click Update Booking
