Parents Book Casual Spots

Casual days can be booked through the OWNA app or web portal. The number of spots available per day and the cancellation policy are configuration options set by the service. If there are no spots available on a day you want to book, you can press the bell icon to be notified if/when spots become available.

If your service supports casual bookings, you can book additional available days via the app:

1. Press the + icon
2. Select Casual Bookings
3. Select the Week, Child, and Room you would like to book for
4. Chose from the available days (in Green) - if you are booking for multiple children, you can see how many spots are available
5. Press Book Selected to confirm

💡If there are no spots available, you can click the bell icon to be notified if a spot opens up

💡If you are unable to cancel the casual booking, you may need to mark the child as not attending or speak with your child's centre about alternate options!

You can cancel casual bookings as long as you are still outside of the notice period set by the centre.

1. Press the + icon
2. Select Casual Bookings
3. Press on a booked session(s)
4. Press Cancel Booking

2. Select a Child
3. Select a Room
4. Click Search
5. Click on a date you want to book
6. Click Save to confirm

💡If you are unable to cancel the casual booking, you may need to mark the child as not attending or speak with your child's centre about alternate options!

5. Click on a date you want to cancel (blue sessions)
6. Click Save to confirm
