Learning Documents - Room Filter

This guide contains steps on how to set up a 'Room Selector' field that will filter the selection of children you can tag based on their room.

Once you open your template, update your builder settings so that you can easily see the fields you will need:

1. Select Event Trigger and Listener
2. Select OWNA Controls
3. Untick other settings

💡 This process assumes you are working from a new template without a Rooms field!

• Drag and drop the Rooms field from your toolbox and drop it above the field to select Children.

• Edit the Rooms field and add the text "room_selected" to the Event Trigger field.

• Edit the Children field and add the text "room_selected" to the Event Listener field.

• Save your template.

1. Go to 💻 Children > Children Portfolio
2. Click the + button in the top right corner
3. Select the Learning Document template
4. Select a room
5. Select children
