Learning Documents - Fixing Template Errors
Overview
There are certain criteria that may prevent you from saving or updating your Learning Document templates.
Errors
You must have exactly 1 Observation Date added to your template.
Reason: Your template must have a date field entered that is Field Mapped to 'observationdate' (the Label can be anything)
Resolution: Add or Edit a date field and enter 'observationdate' into the Field Mapping.
Duplicate Field Map found in control with Label [example] Please rename the Field Map property of this control so it is Unique.
Reason: Each field map can only be used once in each template. The bold text in the error message will help to identify which field is causing the issue.
Resolution: Open the field mentioned in the error and remove the field map using the delete or backspace keys.
