Incident Report Stats

Incident stats allow you to generate graphs on the number of incident reports during a period of time by injury type, child, and room. You can also write an 'analysis, review and commentary' from month to month.

💻 Health & Safety > Incident Reports > Stats & Graphs (tab)

1. Select the date range you want to report on (note: selecting other filters may affect the usefulness of some reports)
2. Click Get Reports

• Hover over the green elements of the graph to view the actual count (also represented at the bottom of each graph)

Incident Tags

1. Tags can be created from Configure > Manage Tags
2. Edit or 'Add Followup Notes' to add or remove tags from an incident report

1. Scroll to the very bottom of the page
2. Select the month/year from the dropdown
3. Click Get Review, Analysis & Commentary (to check for existing records)
4. Type your comments in the text area
5. Click Update Review, Analysis & Commentary
